Secondary School Physics Teacher
Qualifications and Experience :
-
Has a Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Physics (having a teaching certification is preferred)
-
Has at least five years of experience teaching at least two of the following subjects at different levels:
-
IB DP Physics HL and SL
-
Cambridge AS and A Level Physics (9702)
-
Cambridge IGCSE Level Physics (0625)
-
Cambridge Lower Secondary Science (Physics & Earth and Space)
-
-
Works as a team player.
-
Has the ability to cope up with deadlines.
-
Has a positive attitude with a willingness to join a group of dedicated professionals.

Has experience handling VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) tool preferred, such as ManageBac, Edmodo, Moodle.
Other Requirements:

Highly motivated to serve children, has in-depth knowledge of the subject and ability to engage students in classroom activities.

Should be inclined with the IB/CAIE Philosophy and should be able to support the students to hone their skills.

Passionate on professional and personal growth to improve teaching practices, preparing up-to-date teaching resources and instructional materials using a variety of teaching methods to increase students joy and success of learning.

Demonstrate an understanding of interdisciplinary teaching and learning.

Continuously monitor student learning and make appropriate modifications of goals, strategies and content when necessary to meet students’ needs.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of student progress and attendance. Has experience in using the teaching-learning platforms, such as ManageBac.

Be available to parents and students during and outside of school hours if needed.

Demonstrates independence, enthusiastic about sharing professional practices, ability to work as part of a proactive team member.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
